What we believe about coaching and consulting

Our approach is built on the foundations of strength-based coaching, with a customized coaching engagement plan for each individual based on the career development needs, leadership challenge(s), and the selected elements we mutually agree to include in the scope of coaching. We use assessment tools that we’ll select together based on what seems appropriate to each engagement.
